1 bag Grown in Idaho® Super Crispy Tots, 28 oz
1 head of romaine, thinly sliced
5 oz bacon or pancetta, cooked and crumbled into small pieces
1/2 c tomatoes, diced
1/4 c ranch dressing
Prepare tots according to package instructions.
AIR FRYER: Fill basket with half the frozen potatoes. Slide out basket halfway through cooking time and shake.
OVEN: Arrange frozen potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake until crispy. Stir halfway through cooking time to ensure even baking.
Arrange half of the cooked tots on a platter or serving bowl, then layer with half of the sliced romaine. Place remaining tots on top, then add romaine, diced tomatoes, and crispy bacon.
Drizzle with ranch dressing and serve immediately.
