1 bag Grown in Idaho® Super Crispy Crinkle Cut Fries, 28 oz
1 c dry white wine
2 tbsp all-purpose flour or cornstarch
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 lb Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 lb Gruyere cheese, shredded
1/4 tsp kosher salt
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Place fries on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper and cook according to the package directions.
As fries cook, begin preparing your cheese fondue. Start by bringing dry white wine to a simmer over medium-low heat.
Stir in flour and nutmeg until combined.
Add shredded cheese in four parts—1/4 lb at a time—mixing until smooth and fully combined before adding more.
Season to taste with salt. Serve immediately alongside freshly cooked Crinkle Cut Fries.
