Diced Potato Salad

with Grown In Idaho Crispy Hash Brown Dices

Sour cream, mustard, vinegar and Old Bay seasoning, whisked together with our Crispy Hash Brown Dices, gives this potato salad recipe a zesty flavor unlike any other.

  • 1 Bag Grown In Idaho® Crispy Hash Brown Dices

  • ¼ C Olive Oil

  • 1 T Old Bay® Seasoning

  • 1 T Whole Grain Mustard

  • 1 T Apple Cider Vinegar

  • ½ C Sour Cream


  1. Heat 2 tablespoons cooking oil in a 12” nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add half bag of potatoes to skillet; cook 3-5 minutes. Turn potatoes. Continue cooking; turning occasionally 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.

  2. While hash brown dices are browning, whisk the remaining ingredients together (Old Bay® seasoning, mustard, vinegar, and sour cream), in a small bowl and set aside.

  3. Once hash brown dices are crispy and cooked, toss together with savory sour cream mixture and serve.

  4. Optional: Garnish with fresh parsley and other green herbs you may have in the fridge.
