Ingredients
  • ½ Bag of Grown In Idaho® Super Crispy Crinkle Cut Fries, 14 oz

  • 10 T Stone Ground Mustard

  • 10 slices Italian Dry Salami

  • 10 slices Spanish Chorizo

  • 10 cubes Smoked Cheddar Cheese

  • 10 Mozzarella pearls

  • 10 Smoked Sausage sticks

Instructions

  1. First, prepare fries.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange frozen potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (Crinkle Cut Fries on one half and Shoestring Fries on the other half). Bake 25-30 minutes or until crispy. Toss each halfway through cooking time to ensure even baking.

AIR FRYER: Preheat air fryer to 360°F. Fill basket with half the frozen potatoes. Cook 12-14 minutes. Slide out basket halfway through cooking time and shake.

  2. While fries are cooking, add 1 T of ground mustard to the bottom of 10 individual cups.

  3. Add salami, chorizo, Cheddar, Gouda, and mozzarella to each of 10 skewers or long cocktail picks.

  4. When the fries are done, divide both types of fries between the 10 cups. Add a meat and cheese skewer and smoked sausage stick to each cup with the fries.

  5. Serve hot.
