1 bag Grown in Idaho® Super Crispy Tots, 28 oz
1 c marinara or red sauce
1 c mozzarella, shredded (or fresh mozzarella, cubed)
1 c Italian sausage, mild or spicy
1/2 c mushrooms
1/4 c black olives, chopped
3 tbsp Parmesan cheese, shredded
Prepare the tots according to package instructions.
AIR FRYER: Fill basket with half the frozen potatoes. Slide out basket halfway through cooking time and shake.
OVEN: Arrange frozen potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake until crispy. Stir halfway through cooking time to ensure even baking.
While tots are cooking, heat marinara sauce, cook sausages and mushrooms. Grate cheeses and chop olives.
Remove tots from the oven or fryer, place onto a serving platter. Drizzle with warmed marinara sauce, and top with mozzarella, sausage, mushrooms and olives. Sprinkle with grated parmesan. Serve and enjoy.
