  • ½ C Buttermilk

  • 1 Packet Ranch Dressing Mix, 1 oz

  • For the Topping

  • 8 oz Frozen Breaded Chicken Strips, cooked to package directions, sliced

  • 1 C Shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheese Blend

  • 8 oz Bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, and ranch dressing mix. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

  2. Prepare the fries.
    OVEN:
Preheat Oven to 425 °F. Full Bag: 24-26 Minutes. Arrange frozen potatoes in a single layer on a 11″ x 17″ baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with garlic powder and paprika. Bake according to instructions to desired color and crispiness, stirring halfway through cooking time. Spread onto a clean baking sheet or casserole dish.

    AIR FRYER:
Preheat air fryer to 360 °F. Fill air fryer no more than half full of frozen potatoes. Sprinkle with ⅛ tsp garlic powder and ⅛ tsp paprika. Cook 12-14 minutes. Slide out basket, shake halfway through cooking time. Transfer fries to a baking sheet or casserole dish. Repeat air frying instructions with the remaining frozen potatoes, garlic powder, and paprika until full bag is cooked. Spread onto the baking sheet or casserole dish with the other fries.

  3. While the fries are cooking, prep the chicken strips to package directions. Cut into small strips.

  4. Meanwhile, cook the bacon in a frying pan. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate. When cool enough to handle, crumble into small pieces.

  5. Drizzle fries with ½ of the ranch sauce. Top with chicken and sprinkle evenly with cheese. Place the baking sheet under your broiler for 1-2 minutes to melt the cheese.

  6. Remove from the broiler and drizzle with ½ of the remaining ranch sauce, reserving the rest of the ranch to serve on the side for dipping. Top the fries with crumbled bacon and chopped chives.
