DESCRIPTION

Spice up your weeknight with these Chicken Fajita Fries featuring Grown In Idaho® Hand Cut Style Fries. With the help of an Air Fryer, the fajita mixture comes together in under 20 minutes. Topped with Adobo Lime Cream Sauce, you can’t lose with this recipe. In partnership with Air Fryer Papi.

Ingredients
  • 1 Bag Grown In Idaho® Hand Cut Style Fries

  • Fajitas

  • 2 Large Chicken Breasts, cut in Strips

  • ½ Green Pepper, cut in strips

  • ½ Red Pepper, cut in strips

  • ½ Yellow Pepper, cut in strips

  • 3 T Olive Oil

  • 2 T Fajita Seasoning

  • Adobo Lime Cream Sauce

  • 1 C Sour Cream

  • 1 tsp Adobo Seasoning

  • 1 tsp Fajita Seasoning

  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika

  • ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper

  • 1 Lime, juiced

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Grown In Idaho® Hand Cut Style Fries.

    OVEN: Preheat Oven to 425 °F. Full Bag: 24-26 Minutes. Arrange frozen potatoes in a single layer on a 11” x 17”baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake according to instructions to desired color and crispiness, stirring halfway through cooking time.

    AIR FRYER: Preheat air fryer at 390 °F for 5 minutes. Fill air fryer no more than half full of frozen potatoes. Cook 10-12 minutes. Slide out basket, shake halfway through cooking time.

  2. Preheat air fryer at 390 degrees for 5 minutes. In a large bowl, add chicken, peppers, olive oil, and fajita seasoning. Toss well until everything is evenly coated. Air fry fajita mixture at 390 °F for 17 minutes.

  3. In a small bowl, mix sour cream, adobo seasoning, fajita seasoning, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and lime juice. Stir well.

  4. Layer the bottom of a plate with fries. Top with the chicken fajita mixture and sauce. Enjoy!
