  • 1 bag Grown In Idaho Homestyle Mashed Potatoes, cooked and cooled

  • ½ C water

  • 1 ½ C chopped cooked turkey

  • ¾ C prepared stuffing

  • ¾ C turkey gravy

  • ½ C prepared whole-berry cranberry sauce

  • ½ C shredded Gouda cheese

DESCRIPTION

These individually portioned Loaded Mashed Potato Bowls are perfect for holiday entertaining or day-after leftovers. Grown In Idaho frozen mashed potatoes are loaded with turkey, stuffing, gravy, cranberry sauce, and shredded Gouda cheese for a satisfying meal. In partnership with Fab Everyday.

Instructions

  1. Cook Grown In Idaho Homestyle Mashed Potatoes.
    MICROWAVE: Pour full bag of potatoes into a microwave safe dish. Add ½ cup water; cover. Cook in high for 5 minutes. Mash and stir potatoes and replace cover. Cook on high for another 5 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute. Stir before serving.

    STOVETOP:
    Place bag of frozen potatoes in a saucepan. Add ½ cup of water; cover. Cook on Medium heat for 9-11 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let stand 1 minute. Stir before serving.

  2. Divide mashed potatoes between 6 individual glasses or bowls.

  3. Evenly divide the turkey, stuffing, gravy, cranberry sauce, and shredded cheese on top of the potatoes in each bowl.
