DESCRIPTION

Start the weekend with a satisfying breakfast, complete with a flavorful burger topped with Grown In Idaho Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, decadent brown gravy, charred green bell pepper and sunny-side up eggs that are next level!

Ingredients
  • 16 Grown In Idaho Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes medallions

  • 4 4oz. Hamburger Patties, cooked to liking

  • 4 Burger Buns

  • ¼ C Brown Gravy, prepared and warmed

  • 1 C Green Bell Pepper, sliced and charred on grill

  • 4 Eggs, sunny-side up

Instructions

  1. MICROWAVE: Place 16 potato pieces into a microwave safe dish. Add 2 tablespoons of water and then cover. Cook on high for 3 minutes. Mash and stir potatoes and replace cover. Cook on high for 3 more minutes. Let stand 1 minute. Stir before serving. Since microwave ovens vary in power, adjust your cooking time as needed.

    STOVETOP: Place half bag of frozen potatoes in saucepan. Add ¼ cup of water; cover. Cook on Medium heat for 13-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let stand 1 minute. Stir before serving.

  2. Build burger, heel bun first, burger patty, charred sliced bell peppers, Mashed Potatoes, 1 tbsp brown gravy and sunny-side up egg.

  3. Top with the remaining hamburger bun and enjoy!
