  • 1 Bag Grown In Idaho Homestyle Mashed Potatoes

  • ½ Bag Frozen Popcorn Chicken of choice

  • 1 C Whole Kernel Corn

  • 1 C Shredded Colby Monterey Jack Blend Cheese

  • 1 C Homestyle Brown Gravy

DESCRIPTION

Quick and easy KFC style Mashed Potato Bowls with real mashed potatoes, crispy chicken, corn and gravy!

Instructions

  1. Cook Grown In Idaho Homestyle Mashed Potatoes.
    MICROWAVE: Pour full bag of potatoes into a microwave safe dish. Add ½ cup water; cover. Cook in high for 5 minutes. Mash and stir potatoes and replace cover. Cook on high for another 5 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute. Stir before serving.

    STOVETOP: Place full bag of frozen potatoes in saucepan. Add ½ cup of water; cover. Cook on medium heat for 13-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let stand 1 minute. Stir before serving.

  2. Preheat oven to 400 °F and bake Popcorn Chicken for about 15 minutes or until desired crispiness is attained.

  3. Warm corn in the microwave on high for 1 minute.

  4. Heat gravy on low-medium heat on stovetop in a small cooking pot.

  5. In single-serving bowls, add a thick layer of cooked Grown In Idaho Homestyle Mashed Potatoes and continue to assemble each bowl by adding popcorn chicken, corn, shredded cheese and drizzle with gravy for the final touch.
