with Grown In Idaho Super Crispy Dipper Fries

Warm, creamy queso is one of the most delicious dips ever created. Made with melted Velveeta® cheese, diced chiles, jalapeños, red onions and tomatoes, this spiced-up version is the perfect complement to our unique Super Crispy Dipper Fries.

  • 1 Bag Grown In Idaho Super Crispy Dipper Fries

  • 16 oz Velveeta® cheese

  • 1 10 oz Can Diced Chiles and Tomatoes, drained

  • ½ Medium Red Onion, diced

  • 2 Small Jalapeños, diced

  • Garnish dip with your choice of pickled or fresh sliced jalapeños, diced red onion, and/or roughly chopped cilantro


  1. OVEN: Preheat oven to 425°F.
    Arrange frozen potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake 18-20 minutes or until crispy. Stir halfway through cooking time to ensure even baking.

    AIR FRYER: Preheat air fryer to 360°F.
    Fill basket with half the frozen potatoes. Cook 12-14 minutes. Slide out basket halfway through cooking time and shake.

  2. Cut Velveeta® cheese into 1” cubes and place in microwave safe bowl. Melt in the microwave in 30 second intervals on high, stirring in between.

  3. Mix in drained tomatoes and chiles, red onion, and jalapeño.

  4. Garnish as desired and serve immediately.
