  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar

  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 c mini marshmallows

  • 4–5 large marshmallows (optional)

  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup or hot fudge (warmed if necessary), plus more if desired

Instructions

Directions

  1. Prepare fries according to package instructions.
AIR FRYER: Fill air fryer basket no more than half full of frozen potatoes. Slide out basket and shake halfway through cooking time.
OVEN: Arrange frozen potatoes in a single layer on a 11″ x 17″ baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake according to instructions to desired color and crispness, stirring halfway through cooking time.

  2. While the fries cook, combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Transfer half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture to a large bowl, and reserve the remaining half for topping. When the fries are done, immediately transfer them to the large bowl and toss with the cinnamon sugar.

  3. Arrange fries on a large platter, then sprinkle the remaining cinnamon sugar on top.

  4. Toast the marshmallows with a blowtorch. Alternatively, arrange the mini marshmallows and large marshmallows (if using) on a foil-lined baking sheet and broil for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until golden brown. Immediately top the warm fries with the toasted marshmallows, drizzle with chocolate syrup or hot fudge, and enjoy!
