1 Bag Grown in Idaho® Hand Cut Style Fries
5 T Brown Sugar
2 T Kosher Salt
2 T Paprika
1 T Chili Powder
1 T Cumin
1 T Garlic Powder
1 T Ground Black Pepper
1 T Onion Powder
1 ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
Prepare the fries
OVEN: Preheat oven to 425°F. Full Bag: 24-26 Minutes. Half Bag: 18-20 Minutes. Arrange frozen potatoes in a single layer on a 11″ x 17″ baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake according to instructions to desired color and crispness, stirring halfway through cooking time.
AIR FRYER: Preheat air fryer to 360°F. Fill air fryer basket no more than half full of frozen potatoes. Cook 10-12 minutes. Slide out basket; shake halfway through cooking time.
While fries are cooking, combine brown sugar, salt, paprika, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder, and cayenne in a small bowl.
Once fries are hot and crispy, immediately toss them in the sweet and smoky seasoning blend. Serve right away for maximum flavor.
