This isn’t this twice-baked trailblazer’s first rodeo. You’re welcome to try this with any Grown in Idaho® spuds, but our Super Crispy Steak Fries are thick, sturdy and perfectly built to tangle with any sauce. Smother them in sharp cheddar, scallions and crispy, crumbled bacon for a bite you won’t want to put down.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Grown in Idaho® Super Crispy Steak Cut Fries, 28 oz

  • 3/4 c sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 8 oz bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 2-3 tbsp scallions, green portion, thinly sliced

  • 6 tbsp sour cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fries according to package instructions.

AIR FRYER: Fill basket with half the frozen potatoes. Slide out basket halfway through cooking time and shake.

OVEN: Arrange frozen potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake until crispy. Stir halfway through cooking time to ensure even baking.

  2. While fries are cooking, prepare the cheddar cheese, bacon and scallions.

  3. Once fries are cooked and crispy, immediately dress with the shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, scallions and sour cream. Serve and enjoy!
