Twice-Baked Bacon Cheese Fries

DESCRIPTION

Grown In Idaho® Super Crispy Steak Fries are loaded with melting cheddar and crumbled bacon in this classic combination. They’re a quick and easy party plate or tempting game day snack.

Ingredients
  • 1 Bag Grown In Idaho® Super Crispy Steak Cut Fries

  • ¾ C Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded

  • 8 oz Bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 2-3 T Scallions, green portion, thinly sliced

  • 6 T Sour Cream

Instructions

  1. OVEN: Preheat oven to 425°F.
    Arrange frozen potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake 30-35 minutes or until crispy. Stir halfway through cooking time to ensure even baking.

    AIR FRYER: Preheat air fryer to 360°F.
    Fill basket with half the frozen potatoes. Cook 12-14 minutes. Slide out basket halfway through cooking time and shake.

  2. While fries are cooking, prepare the cheddar cheese, bacon and scallions.

  3. Once fries are cooked and crispy, immediately dress with the shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, scallions and sour cream. Serve and enjoy!
