Ingredients
  • 1 Bag Grown In Idaho® Super Crispy Crinkle Cut Fries

  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese

  • ½ C Sour Cream

  • 2 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese

  • 8 Thick-cut Bacon Slices, chopped

  • ¼ C Chives, minced

DESCRIPTION

This Loaded Baked Potato Dip has all the must-have flavors of a classic baked potato: cheddar cheese, sour cream, bacon, chives, and cream cheese! Scoop the dip up with Grown In Idaho® Super Crispy Crinkle Cut Fries for extra crunch and flavor.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange frozen potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake 18-20 minutes or until crispy. Stir halfway through cooking time to ensure even baking. If using Air Fryer, preheat to 360°F. Fill the Air Fryer basket with half the frozen potatoes. Cook 12-13 minutes. Slide out basket halfway through cooking time and shake.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese and bacon. Mix until all ingredients have blended well together. Top with chives.

  3. Serve cold with Grown In Idaho® Crinkle Cut Fries for dipping!
