Buffalo Chicken Tots

with Grown In Idaho® Super Crispy Tots

  • 1 Bag Grown In Idaho® Super Crispy Tots

  • 1 lb Chicken Thighs, boneless and skinless (or Pre-cooked Rotisserie Chicken, shredded)

  • Kosher Salt

  • Ground Black Pepper

  • ½ C Buffalo Sauce of choice

  • 3-4 oz Bleu Cheese, crumbled

  • 1 C Carrots, chopped or diced

  • 1 C Celery, chopped or diced


Crispy golden tots tossed with tangy Buffalo chicken, fresh chopped veggies and bleu cheese crumbles. Spice it up with hot sauce from mild to extra hot.


  1. OVEN: Preheat oven to 425°F.
    Arrange frozen potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake 30-35 minutes or until crispy. Stir halfway through cooking time to ensure even baking.

    AIR FRYER: Preheat air fryer to 360°F.
    Fill basket with half the frozen potatoes. Cook 12-14 minutes. Slide out basket halfway through cooking time and shake.

  2. While tots are cooking, grill seasoned chicken thighs until cooked through. When done, cover thighs with foil and let rest for 3-5 minutes.

  3. When chicken is cooled, shred and toss into a small bowl with the buffalo sauce. Set aside.

  4. Chop carrots and celery and set aside.

  5. Pull tots out of the oven or fryer and top with buffalo chicken, chopped veggies, and bleu cheese crumbles. Serve and enjoy.
