Ingredients
  • 1 Bag Grown In Idaho Super Crispy Waffle Fries, 24 oz

  • 1 Lb. Fresh Ahi Tuna

  • ½ C Green Onions, chopped

  • 1 T Sesame Oil

  • 3 T Soy Sauce

  • 1 T Furikake or Sesame Seeds

  • For the Spicy Mayo

  • ½ C Mayonnaise

  • 3 T Sriracha Sauce

DESCRIPTION

Say “Aloha” to your new favorite dish! Grown In Idaho Super Crispy Waffle Fries are topped with fresh ahi tuna, spicy mayo, and flavorful seasonings.

Instructions

  1. Prep Grown In Idaho Super Crispy Waffle Fries in oven or air fryer.
    OVEN:
    Preheat Oven to 425 °F. Arrange frozen potatoes in a single layer on a 11” x 17” baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake 22-26 minutes or until crispy. Stir halfway through cooking time to ensure even baking.

    AIR FRYER:
    Preheat air fryer to 360 °F. Fill air fryer no more than half full of frozen potatoes. Cook 12-13 minutes. Slide out basket, shake halfway through cooking time.

  2. Cut the ahi tuna into small cubes. Transfer to a medium bowl.

  3. Season tuna with 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce. Mix in half of the green onions.

  4. Combine ½ C of Mayonnaise plus 3 tablespoons of Sriracha sauce in a small bowl. Set aside.

  5. Transfer cooked fries to a serving tray and top them with the ahi tuna mix, remaining green onions and 1 tablespoon of Furikake or sesame seeds.

  6. Drizzle with spicy mayo and serve. Enjoy!
