1 Bag Grown In Idaho Super Crispy Waffle Fries, 24 oz
1 Lb. Fresh Ahi Tuna
½ C Green Onions, chopped
1 T Sesame Oil
3 T Soy Sauce
1 T Furikake or Sesame Seeds
For the Spicy Mayo
½ C Mayonnaise
3 T Sriracha Sauce

Instructions
Prep Grown In Idaho Super Crispy Waffle Fries in oven or air fryer.
OVEN:
Preheat Oven to 425 °F. Arrange frozen potatoes in a single layer on a 11” x 17” baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake 22-26 minutes or until crispy. Stir halfway through cooking time to ensure even baking.AIR FRYER:
Preheat air fryer to 360 °F. Fill air fryer no more than half full of frozen potatoes. Cook 12-13 minutes. Slide out basket, shake halfway through cooking time.Cut the ahi tuna into small cubes. Transfer to a medium bowl.
Season tuna with 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce. Mix in half of the green onions.
Combine ½ C of Mayonnaise plus 3 tablespoons of Sriracha sauce in a small bowl. Set aside.
Transfer cooked fries to a serving tray and top them with the ahi tuna mix, remaining green onions and 1 tablespoon of Furikake or sesame seeds.
Drizzle with spicy mayo and serve. Enjoy!
