Loaded Cheeseburger Tots

with Grown in Idaho® Super Crispy Tots
Unlike their childish name, the flavor of our Grown in Idaho® Super Crispy Tots is undeniably full grown. That goes double in this delicious dish, which deconstructs a cheeseburger down to its ingredients and builds it into something even better on a bed of Super Crispy Tots or your favorite Grown in Idaho® product.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Grown in Idaho® Super Crispy Tots, 28 oz

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 6-8 American or cheddar cheese slices

  • 1/2 c onion, finely minced

  • 1/2 c hamburger dill pickle chips

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

For the Sauce

  • 1 1/2 tbsp yellow mustard

  • 3 tbsp ketchup

  • 1 c mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp distilled white vinegar

  • 3 tbsp sweet pickle relish

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Directions

  1. Prep the tots according to package instructions.

    AIR FRYER: Fill air fryer no more than half full of frozen potatoes. Slide out basket and shake halfway through cooking time.

    OVEN: Arrange frozen potatoes in a single layer on a 11” x 17” baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake to desired color and crispiness, stirring halfway through cooking time.

  2. Season ground beef with salt and pepper and cook in a large skillet over medium-high heat for about 7-10 minutes, until beef has browned. Set aside.

  3. To make the sauce, combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.

  4. Transfer the tots to a serving tray and top with American cheddar cheese slices, beef, minced onion and pickles.

  5. Finish up by drizzling sauce on top and serve.
