with Grown in Idaho® Super Crispy Hand Cut Style Fries

You’re bound to rope in a few hungry mouths when you make one of our tasty Grown in Idaho® products this sweet and smoky. In this rendition, all the best parts of your spice rack saddle up on Super Crispy Hand Cut Style Fries to corral the perfect blend of sweet and heat.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Grown in Idaho® Super Crispy Hand Cut Style Fries, 28 oz

  • 5 tbsp brown sugar

  • 2 tbsp kosher salt

  • 2 tbsp paprika

  • 1 tbsp chili powder

  • 1 tbsp cumin

  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp ground black pepper

  • 1 tbsp onion powder

  • 1 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Prepare the fries according to package instructions.

    AIR FRYER: Fill air fryer basket no more than half full of frozen potatoes. Slide out basket and shake halfway through cooking time.

    OVEN: Arrange frozen potatoes in a single layer on a 11″ x 17″ baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake according to instructions to desired color and crispness, stirring halfway through cooking time.

  2. While fries are cooking, combine brown sugar, salt, paprika, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder, and cayenne in a small bowl.

  3. Once fries are hot and crispy, immediately toss them in the sweet and smoky seasoning blend. Serve right away for maximum flavor.
