Prep Instructions
Skillet Prep
Heat 4-6 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a 12” nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add half bag of potatoes to skillet and cook 10 minutes, turning potatoes halfway through cook time.
Griddle Prep
Heat 4–6 tablespoons of vegetable oil at 375°F. Add a half bag of hash browns to griddle and cook 14 minutes, turning potatoes halfway through cook time.
