Ingredients

  • 1 bag Grown in Idaho® Super Crispy Crinkle Cut Fries, 28 oz

  • 1 c dry white wine

  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour or cornstarch

  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

  • 1/2 lb Swiss cheese, shredded

  • 1/2 lb Gruyere cheese, shredded

  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Place fries on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper and cook according to the package directions.

  3. As fries cook, begin preparing your cheese fondue. Start by bringing dry white wine to a simmer over medium-low heat.

  4. Stir in flour and nutmeg until combined.

  5. Add shredded cheese in four parts—1/4 lb at a time—mixing until smooth and fully combined before adding more.

  6. Season to taste with salt. Serve immediately alongside freshly cooked Crinkle Cut Fries.
