Loaded Baked Potato Dip

with Grown in Idaho® Super Crispy Crinkle Cut Fries
This Loaded Baked Potato Dip takes all the best parts of a loaded baked potato and turns them into something even better. Any tasty Grown in Idaho® product, and our Super Crispy Crinkle Cut Fries in particular, will provide the perfect crunchy, flavorful texture for scooping up all the cheddar cheese, sour cream, bacon, chives and cream cheese you can handle.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Grown in Idaho® Super Crispy Crinkle Cut Fries, 28 oz

  • 8 oz cream cheese

  • 1/2 c sour cream

  • 2 c shredded cheddar cheese

  • 8 thick-cut bacon slices, fully cooked & chopped

  • 1/4 c chives, minced

Directions

  1. Prepare fries according to package instructions.

    AIR FRYER: Fill the air fryer basket with half the frozen potatoes. Slide out basket halfway through cooking time and shake.

    OVEN: Arrange frozen potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake until crispy. Stir halfway through cooking time to ensure even baking.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese and bacon. Mix until all ingredients have blended well together. Top with chives.

  3. Serve cold with Grown In Idaho® Crinkle Cut Fries for dipping!
