Loaded Baked Potato Dip
Ingredients

1 bag Grown in Idaho® Super Crispy Crinkle Cut Fries, 28 oz

8 oz cream cheese

1/2 c sour cream

2 c shredded cheddar cheese

8 thick-cut bacon slices, fully cooked & chopped

1/4 c chives, minced
Directions

Prepare fries according to package instructions.
AIR FRYER: Fill the air fryer basket with half the frozen potatoes. Slide out basket halfway through cooking time and shake.
OVEN: Arrange frozen potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake until crispy. Stir halfway through cooking time to ensure even baking.

In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese and bacon. Mix until all ingredients have blended well together. Top with chives.
