with Grown in Idaho® Super Crispy Hand Cut Style Fries

A good ranch hand is hard to find these days. Unless, of course, you’re talking about ranch-seasoned Super Crispy Hand Cut Style Fries. In that case, our skin-on, Idaho-born French fries—or any of our tasty Grown in Idaho® products—can surely wrangle this zesty recipe.

35 minutes
Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Grown in Idaho® Super Crispy Hand Cut Style Fries, 28 oz

  • 1/3 c dry buttermilk

  • 2 tbsp dried parsley

  • 2 tsp garlic powder

  • 2 tsp onion powder

  • 1 1/2 tsp dried dill weed

  • 1 tsp ground black pepper

  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Prepare fries according to package instructions.

AIR FRYER: Fill air fryer basket no more than half full of frozen potatoes. Slide out basket halfway through cooking time and shake.

OVEN: Arrange frozen potatoes in a single layer on a 11″ x 17″ baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake according to instructions to desired color and crispness, stirring halfway through cooking time.

  2. While fries are cooking, mix dry buttermilk, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, dill weed, black pepper, and salt in a small bowl.

  3. Once fries are hot and crispy, toss immediately in the ranch seasoning until evenly coated. Serve warm and enjoy the bold, herby flavor.
