A good ranch hand is hard to find these days. Unless, of course, you’re talking about ranch-seasoned Super Crispy Hand Cut Style Fries. In that case, our skin-on, Idaho-born French fries—or any of our tasty Grown in Idaho® products—can surely wrangle this zesty recipe.
Ingredients
-
1 bag Grown in Idaho® Super Crispy Hand Cut Style Fries, 28 oz
-
1/3 c dry buttermilk
-
2 tbsp dried parsley
-
2 tsp garlic powder

1 1/2 tsp dried dill weed
-
1 tsp ground black pepper
-
1 tsp salt
Directions
-
Prepare fries according to package instructions.
AIR FRYER: Fill air fryer basket no more than half full of frozen potatoes. Slide out basket halfway through cooking time and shake.
OVEN: Arrange frozen potatoes in a single layer on a 11″ x 17″ baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake according to instructions to desired color and crispness, stirring halfway through cooking time.
-
While fries are cooking, mix dry buttermilk, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, dill weed, black pepper, and salt in a small bowl.
-
Once fries are hot and crispy, toss immediately in the ranch seasoning until evenly coated. Serve warm and enjoy the bold, herby flavor.
