STOVE TOP SKILLET
Heat 2 tablespoons cooking oil in 12” nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add half bag of potatoes to skillet; cook 3-5 minutes. Turn potatoes. Continue cooking; turning occasionally 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
Heat 2 tablespoons cooking oil on electric griddle to 375 °F. Add half bag of potatoes to griddle; cook 4-5 minutes. Turn potatoes and continue cooking; turning occasionally 6-7 minutes or until golden brown.
