Super Crispy Steak Cut Fries
We’ve used 100% certified Idaho® Potatoes to make these skin-on, thick, steak cut French fries. They bake up hot and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside every time. Great for hearty meat and potatoes dishes, or try them in recipes like our savory Twice-Baked Bacon Cheese Fries or Chicken Curry Fries. Look for them in your grocer’s freezer.

Preheat Oven to 425 °F. Full Bag: 28-30 Minutes. Half Bag: 23-25 Minutes. Arrange frozen potatoes in a single layer on a 11" x 17" baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake according to instructions to desired color and crispness, stirring halfway through cooking time.
Preheat air fryer to 360 °F. Fill air fryer basket no more than half full of frozen potatoes. Cook 12-14 minutes. Slide out basket; shake halfway through cooking time.
