Ingredients
  • 28 oz Bag Grown In Idaho Super Crispy Tots

  • 1 C Marinara or Red Sauce

  • 1 C Mozzarella, shredded (or fresh Mozzarella, cubed)

  • 1 C Italian Sausage, mild or spicy

  • ½ C Mushrooms

  • ¼ C Black Olives, chopped

  • 3 T Parmesan Cheese, shredded

DESCRIPTION

Crispy potato-nachos with an Italian twist. Grown in Idaho Super Crispy Tots are tumbled with seasoned sausage, marinara, mushrooms, olives and and melting mozzarella.

Instructions

  1. OVEN: Preheat oven to 425°F.
    Arrange frozen potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake 30-35 minutes or until crispy. Stir halfway through cooking time to ensure even baking.

    AIR FRYER: Preheat air fryer to 360°F.
    Fill basket with half the frozen potatoes. Cook 12-14 minutes. Slide out basket halfway through cooking time and shake.

  2. While tots are cooking, heat marinara sauce, cook sausages and mushrooms. Grate cheeses and chop olives.

  3. Remove tots from the oven or fryer, place onto a serving platter. Drizzle with warmed marinara sauce, and top with mozzarella, sausage, mushrooms and olives. Sprinkle with grated parmesan. Serve and enjoy.
