Loaded Cheeseburger Tots

with Grown In Idaho® Super Crispy Tots

  • 1 Bag Grown In Idaho® Super Crispy Tots, 28 oz

  • 1 Lb. Ground Beef

  • 6-8 American Cheddar Cheese Slices

  • ½ C Onion, finely minced

  • ½ C Hamburger Dill Chip Pickles

  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

  • For the Sauce

  • 1½ T Yellow Mustard

  • 3 T Ketchup

  • 1 C Mayonnaise

  • 2 T Distilled White Vinegar

  • 3 T Sweet Pickle Relish

  • ¼ tsp. Garlic Powder

  • ¼ tsp. Onion Powder

  • ½ tsp. Paprika

  1. Prep Grown In Idaho® Super Crispy Tots.
    Preheat Oven to 425 °F. Arrange frozen potatoes in a single layer on a 11” x 17” baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake 24-26 minutes to desired color and crispiness, stirring halfway through cooking time.

    Preheat air fryer to 360 °F. Fill air fryer no more than half full of frozen potatoes. Cook 9-10 minutes. Slide out basket, shake halfway through cooking time.

  2. Season ground beef with salt and pepper and cook in a large skillet over medium-high heat for about 7-10 minutes, until beef has browned. Set aside.

  3. To make the sauce, combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.

  4. Transfer the tots to a serving tray and top with American cheddar cheese slices, beef, minced onion and pickles.

  5. Finish up by drizzling sauce on top and serve.
