Tasty rolled tortillas are loaded with seasoned ground beef, black beans, melting cheddar, and our Grown In Idaho® Super Crispy Crinkle Cut Fries. A California twist on a Mexican favorite.

  1. OVEN: Preheat oven to 425°F.
Arrange frozen potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake 30-35 minutes or until crispy. Stir halfway through cooking time to ensure even baking.

AIR FRYER: Preheat air fryer to 360°F.
Fill basket with half the frozen potatoes. Cook 12-14 minutes. Slide out basket halfway through cooking time and shake.

  2. While fries are cooking, sauté ground beef in olive oil, breaking up the meat into small pieces with a spoon and adding spices.

  3. Lay out each tortilla and fill with Fries, meat filling, beans, cheese and hot sauce. Fold in the top and bottom portion of the tortilla and roll toward the center, wrapping the filling tightly into the tortilla. Serve and enjoy!
