Ingredients

  • 1 bag Grown in Idaho® Super Crispy Crinkle Cut Fries, 28 oz

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • Olive oil

  • 11/2 tsp cumin, ground

  • 1 tbsp chile powder

  • 1 tsp kosher salt

  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

  • 8 flour tortillas, 8 inch

  • 16 oz black beans, drained

  • 4 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

  • Hot sauce of choice

Directions

  1. Prepare the fries according to package instructions.

AIR FRYER: Fill basket with half the frozen potatoes. Slide out basket halfway through cooking time and shake.

OVEN: Arrange frozen potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake until crispy. Stir halfway through cooking time to ensure even baking.

  2. While fries are cooking, sauté ground beef in olive oil, breaking up the meat into small pieces with a spoon and adding spices.

  3. Lay out each tortilla and fill with Fries, meat filling, beans, cheese and hot sauce. Fold in the top and bottom portion of the tortilla and roll toward the center, wrapping the filling tightly into the tortilla. Serve and enjoy!
