2 cups Shredded Turkey

1 cup Gravy

1 cup Cheese Curds

3 Tbsp Cranberry Sauce

DESCRIPTION
Thanks to this delicious poutine recipe, you’ll consider yourself thankful you have all those Turkey Day leftovers! Made with Grown in Idaho® Hand Cut Style Fries, cheese curds, shredded turkey, gravy and cranberry sauce for some sweet & tangy contrast.
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Place fries on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper and cook according to the package directions.

As fries cook, begin warming shredded turkey and gravy using your microwave or a sauce pan.

Once fries have cooked, remove baking sheet from oven. Top with turkey, gravy and cheese curds.

Place baking sheet back in oven for an additional 2–3 minutes until curds begin to soften.

Remove from oven. Finish with small dollops of cranberry sauce and a sprinkle of parsley. Serve immediately.
