Ingredients
  • 1 Bag Grown in Idaho® Hand Cut Style Fries

  • 5 T Brown Sugar

  • 2 T Kosher Salt

  • 2 T Paprika

  • 1 T Chili Powder

  • 1 T Cumin

  • 1 T Garlic Powder

  • 1 T Ground Black Pepper

  • 1 T Onion Powder

  • 1 ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper

DESCRIPTION

Bring the bold flavor with these Sweet & Smoky Fries! Perfectly crispy fries coated in a smoky-sweet seasoning blend with just the right amount of heat. Great for game day, a snack, or a flavorful side to any meal.

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fries

    OVEN: Preheat oven to 425°F. Full Bag: 24-26 Minutes. Half Bag: 18-20 Minutes. Arrange frozen potatoes in a single layer on a 11″ x 17″ baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake according to instructions to desired color and crispness, stirring halfway through cooking time.

    AIR FRYER: Preheat air fryer to 360°F. Fill air fryer basket no more than half full of frozen potatoes. Cook 10-12 minutes. Slide out basket; shake halfway through cooking time.

  2. While fries are cooking, combine brown sugar, salt, paprika, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder, and cayenne in a small bowl.

  3. Once fries are hot and crispy, immediately toss them in the sweet and smoky seasoning blend. Serve right away for maximum flavor.
