Do your products contain wheat or gluten?

Grown in Idaho® Potatoes are made without added wheat ingredients but are not certified as being gluten free. If a product contains wheat, it will be called out on the packaging after the ingredient list. If you have an allergy or sensitivity to gluten, we’d suggest checking the packaging each time and reaching out to us for the most recent list of ingredients and information.

Can I cook Grown in Idaho® products in an air fryer?

Yes! You can find the air fryer prep instructions on the back of your package. Follow for optimal eating experience.

Are Grown in Idaho® products vegan?

Grown in Idaho® Potatoes have been evaluated for vegetarian and vegan suitability. They do not contain animal-derived products, and their processing occurs without any animal-derived substances. We suggest checking the package each time you purchase it for the most recent list of ingredients and information.

Which frozen fries are best for dipping into thicker condiments like cheese dip or chili?

Products with larger surface area are best for dipping such as our Super Crispy Waffle Fries, Super Crispy Tots and Super Crispy Crinkle Cut Fries.

Which frozen fries are best for serving a crowd when I only have one oven rack?

To feed a crowd when you only have one oven rack, look for fries that cook hot and fast, are thin, and have descriptions like extra crispy. Our Super Crispy Shoestring Fries would be a great choice.

I have an oven and air fryer. Which should I use to cook your products?

We recommend using an air fryer wherever possible for the ultimate crisp. However an oven works great too! Follow the prep instructions on your package for optimal experience.

Do your products have skin on them?

Yes! The potato skin helps add a delicious potato flavor. The skin on the potatoes will vary based on time of year and cut style.

Do your products contain allergens?

Grown in Idaho® Potatoes are not produced on lines that run peanut or tree nuts, sesame, shellfish, or fish. Some facilities do process products containing egg, dairy, soy, or gluten-containing ingredients on shared equipment. These items are run last, followed by a full sanitation and allergen clean up.
